This Lipo battery charger board allows to charge and power your project with a stable 5V voltage from a Lithium batterie, a solar panel and/or from USB. No programming is required. Plug it in and it works. The internal charger IC handles all the power flow between the various components.
If you are curious to check how much current your device draw, this USB current/voltage meter is really handy. Just plug a USB cable from the power source to the IN port and the cable of your device into the OUT port. Voltage, Current, Battery capacity and Charge Time will display on the screen.
This is a 5.5mm Jack Barrel, 2.1mm center pole breakout board. It can be used on a breadboard and is compatible with our AC/DC Power Jack wall wart adapters. The three output pins Tip, Sleeve and Shunt are broken out with 2.54mm pitch. Mounting holes are also present if you need to fix this securely.
This FTDI USB to TTL converter module has all FT232RL pins exposed and can operate at 5V or 3.3V. It allows you to program a PCB board like an Arduino, Genuino, Imagine or PIC. It's a useful module if you need RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR or RI signals for your serial communication. The USB connector is A/B type.
